A glittering emblem of tha State of Yisrael.
Just need a coloring page of the emblem, put glue all over it then pour blue and white glitter on it.
Laminate if you want be sure the glitters stay well on place after the glue has dried.
You can hang it on the wall as a Yom HaAtzmaut decoration
