The end of the parsha says that Moshe wrote down all of the commandments (we made it on a scroll). Then, "he took the Book of the Covenant, and read it in the hearing of the people; and they said, All that the Lord has said will we do, and obey.
So we made our little Torah scroll with wooden sticks,beads, paper and felt.
