Moshè assembled the entire Israelite community and said to them, "These are the words that HaShem has commanded for you to do: You may do work during the six weekdays, but Saturday must be kept holy as a Sabbath of Sabbaths to HaShem

Betzalel shall thus do all that HaShem commanded, along with Oholiav and every other skilled individual, to whom HaShem has granted the wisdom and understanding to know how to do all the work necessary for the sacred task.

It was thus made for the divine service, as HaShem had commanded Moshè.
