Magen David biscuits for Yom HaAtzmaut


Yom HaAtzmaut homemade shortbread biscuits, easy to make, ready for the day in small blue and white bags. Not Parve
ingredients for 8
500 g flour
270 butter
2 eggs and 2 yolks
200 g sugar
2 teaspoon of cocoa
1 grated lemon peel.

Mix all the ingredients together then put the mixture in the fridge for about 30/40'.
Cut into Magen David shapes and put in the oven for 8' at 180 °.
